Payment and Insurance
 
If you are covered by insurance, you will need to bring your insurance information with you at the time of your appointment. If you're unsure about your coverage, contact your insurance plan prior to your appointment. For most insurance plans, the dentist will need to fill out your treatment details and you will need to make payment first and get reimbursed from your insurance company.

If you are covered by the American Insurance Assurance (AIA), you will need to bring along your Dental PPO AIA card and we will take care of the billing on your behalf.

 

Medisave :
International Dental Centre is authorized to make Medisave Claims for patients who undergo approved procedures. Medisave can be used for individuals (Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents Only) and immediate family members (spouse, parent, children, and grandparent).

To claim from Medisave, you will need to give us your identification number and full name as on the identity card when you call for your appointment. Claims are submitted electronically on your behalf once CPF has approved the transaction and fees. Payment is made directly to IDC after the operation or procedure.

 

Other Methods :
For patients not utilizing insurance, we accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.

We care for our community and our equal care policy responds to the needs of those patients whose financial status makes it difficult to afford our regular fees for necessary treatment and in addition ensures that the treatment and service provided is of the same high quality.
